Cancellations, refunds
Registration cancellation
until
15 September 2026
The Organizers, through the PCO company, will withhold from the paid registration fee the amount of:
- 250 RON (VAT included) for specialist & primary physicians
- 250 RON (VAT included) for residents & nurses
- 75 RON (VAT included) for students
Registration cancellation starting with 16 September 2026:
There will be no refunding of the registration fees.
Refund
of the registration fees
The amounts corresponding to cancelled registration fees (in accordance with the terms and conditions above) will be refunded within 60 days from the conclusion
of the event.
