Guidelines and Recommendations for Preparing e-Posters

- Mandatory formats: PDF (for the smartphone application) & PNG (for the actual presentation)

- Mandatory orientation: LANDSCAPE

- Mandatory size: 16:9 / 1920 x 1080p

Content organization:

For e-Posters presenting the results of research or studies, the content must be informative and include:

a) Study objective

b) Material and methods

c) Results

d) Conclusions

For e-Posters presenting clinical cases, the content must be informative and include:

a) Introduction / Justification

b) Clinical case presentation

c) Discussions

d) Case particularity

Recommended fonts: Arial, Calibri, Times New Roman

- Recommended title font size: 20 pt

- Recommended content font size: 14 pt

- Maximum accepted file size: 20 MB per e-Poster

- For better visibility, the use of color contrast is recommended.

- To enhance the quality of the presentations, we recommend including charts and photographs that support the content of the work.

e-Posters display

e-Posters submitted to the Organizers within the specified deadline will be available for viewing in the SRCCV 2026 smartphone application, which will be accessible from the start of the event. In addition, e-Posters will be available for viewing throughout the entire duration of the event in the exhibition area.
