Scientific abstracts submitted on time via the online submission form will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee of the SRCCV 2026 Congress. The review process will begin after the abstract submission deadline has passed.
PRESENTATION TYPE
Participants are invited to indicate their preferred presentation format when completing the online submission form. In order to ensure optimal structuring of the scientific program, changes to the selected presentation formats may occur, with the final decision regarding the accepted format (oral presentation or e-Poster) resting exclusively with the Congress Scientific Committee.
EVALUATION RESULTS
After the evaluation process is completed, the results will be communicated by e-mail to all participants with submissions. The notification will be sent to the e-mail address of the person who completed the abstract submission form.
If the contact person is not the presenting author, they are kindly requested to forward the information received from the Organizers to the individual designated to present the paper.
Also, depending on the presentation type assigned following the evaluation, the Organizers will send by e-mail further information and guidelines for the presentation during the Congress.
PRESENTING AUTHOR
All accepted presentations will be delivered at the Congress by presenting authors who are registered by 1 July 2026.
If the presenting author is unable to attend the Congress, they are required to designate and notify a substitute by submitting a written notice in due time to registration@ralcom.ro.
