*S.R.C.C.V. members are defined as participants who can provide proof of up-to-date payment of the membership fee (membership fee paid for the year 2026).
The Congress registration form must be accompanied by a copy of the document certifying the up-to-date payment of the membership fee.

The registration fee for S.R.C.C.V. member and non-member physicians, as well as nurses, includes:
(1) Access to the Congress venue – Crowne Plaza Hotel, Bucharest – from 25–27 November; ; (2) Badge and eco-friendly participation kit, including the scientific program booklet; (3) Access to the specialized medical exhibition; (4) Access to coffee breaks and the Welcome Networking Dinner; (5) Access to the SRCCV 2026 smartphone application; (6) Online certificate of participation with CME credits, issued by the Romanian College of Physicians (for physicians) and the Order of General Nurses, Midwives, and Medical Assistants of Romania (for nurses).
The registration fee for students (Years 4–6) includes:
(1) Access to the Congress venue – Crowne Plaza Hotel, Bucharest – from 25–27 November; (2) Badge and eco-friendly participation kit, including the scientific program booklet; (3) Access to the specialized medical exhibition; (4) Access to coffee breaks and the Welcome Networking Dinner; (5) Access to the SRCCV 2026 smartphone application; (6) Online certificate of participation without CME credits.
CME
All registration fees include VAT 21%.
Note
The Organizers undertake to provide the Congress eco-friendly participation kit only to participants registered by 1 November 2026. For on-site registrations, the eco-friendly participation kit will be distributed subject to availability.
